The biggest trend we are seeing going into 2023 is the resurgence of yellow gold and fancy shape diamonds! Pair these shapes with a solitaire setting, or add a dash of sparkle in a hidden halo and you have the most trending ring design! As mentioned, yellow gold is looking to outsell white gold for the first time in a decade. It is still recommended that all diamond settings be done in white gold for security (it also showcases your diamond better).
